Join us for a brief introduction session into what mindfulness truly is and how it can benefit your health and wellbeing.
Understand the origins of mindfulness, the formal and informal practices and how they can apply to your everyday life. Most of us feel calm and content admiring a breath-taking view without children screaming around us, but how can mindfulness increase confidence, build resilience and bring contentment amongst the chaos and unpredictability of motherhood.
Learning how to bring Mindful Awareness into your life can be an excellent way of calming the mind. By learning to train the mind to simply be ‘present in the moment’, accepting our thoughts and emotions, you can truly make a difference in your life. It’s been proven to help with physical and mental wellbeing as well as many other aspects of our daily lives.

As always, little ones are welcome and interruptions are expected. Lynsey will be teaching us practical ways to live more mindfully, which means incorporating all the elements of everyday life – including our children!
