We all lose it sometimes. We shout. We cry. We shut ourselves in the bathroom and hide. Sometimes it feels impossible to keep calm and it’s just overwhelming. Tara from Copper Beech Hypnotheraphy will be joining us to offer her advice and give us practical strategies for coping with the stresses and strains of motherhood. One of the key reasons for launching the Motherhood Society was to help tackle maternal mental health issues by offering support through our sessions and workshops as well as creating a peer support network. Hopefully this session will give you some key tools for taking care of your mental wellbeing, Whether your children are newborn, at school or all grown up, Tara can offer support and techniques for keeping your cool and maintaining your balance.

As always, all children are welcome and tea, coffee and homemade cake are provided.
