An Introduction to Aromatherapy

Join us to learn how aromatherapy can help balance you, both emotionally and physically by helping you combat stress, tackle depression, encourage sleep and even soothe pain.
Clinical aromatherapist Katie Gegg will be joining us for our first Self-care Session of the year to teach us all about aromatherapy and the power of essential oils.
Katie usually works with clients one-to-one assessing, through detailed consultation, the best course of treatments to suit any physical or psychological condition. She uses a range of techniques including massages, facials and home remedies to help with symptoms.
Under Katie’s expert guidance, you’ll get the chance to get hands on, test some scents and create your own signature blend to take home.
Tickets must be booked in advance and include refreshments and all materials required to make your own aromatherapy blend.
